چکیده
Copper is an essential metal for life, but toxic at high concentrations. In mammalian cells, two copper transporters are known, CTR1 and CTR2. order to gain insights on the possible influence of import pathway cellular responses copper, challenges were compared: one with ion, which likely use preferentially CTR1, a copper-polyacrylate complex, will be internalized via endosomal A model system consisting in J774A1 mouse macrophage system, strong endosomal/lysosomal pathway, was used. wide into proteomic approach The results validated by targeted experiments, showed differential effects mode physiology parameters. While mitochondrial transmembrane potential kept constant, depletion free glutahione content observed (ion polylacrylate complex). Both polyacrylate induced perturbations cytoskeleton phagocytosis. Molecular responses of mouse macrophages to copper and copper oxide nanoparticles inferred from proteomic analyses.
The molecular responses of macrophages to copper-based nanoparticles have been investigated via a combination of proteomic and biochemical approaches, using the RAW264.7 cell line as a model. Both metallic copper and copper oxide nanoparticles have been tested, with copper ion and zirconium oxide nanoparticles used as controls. Proteomic analysis highlighted changes in proteins implicated in ox...
متن کاملCopper Ion as a New Leakage Tracer
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM Most failures of root canal treatments are caused by bacteria. Studies showed that the most common cause of endodontic failures were the incomplete obturation of the root canal and the lack of adequate apical seal. Some in-vitro methods are used to estimate sealing quality, generally by measuring microleakage that allows the tracer agent to penetrate the filled canal. PUR...
متن کاملthe effectiveness of strategy-based instruction in teaching english as a second or foreign language: a meta-analysis of experimental studies
a large number of single research studies on the effects of strategy-based instruction (sbi) in teaching english as a foreign or second language has been conducted so far. however, the lack of a comprehensive meta-analysis targeting the effectiveness of english language sbi is observed. moreover, the findings of experimental studies regarding the context of the english language, proficiency lev...
Proteomic and Physiological Responses of Kineococcus radiotolerans to Copper
Copper is a highly reactive, toxic metal; consequently, transport of this metal within the cell is tightly regulated. Intriguingly, the actinobacterium Kineococcus radiotolerans has been shown to not only accumulate soluble copper to high levels within the cytoplasm, but the phenotype also correlated with enhanced cell growth during chronic exposure to ionizing radiation. This study offers a fi...
متن کاملAntioxidative Responses of Eucalyptus camaldulensis to Different Concentrations of Copper
Anthropogenic activities have caused important increases in soil Cu levels not only in urban areas but also in croplands. This study was designed to find out the effect of different concentration of copper on physiological and biochemical changes in Eucalyptus camaldulensis seedlings. Seeds of Eucalyptus camaldulensis were grown in marble chips and irrigated with nutrient solution mixed with co...
